Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

• Your trip is a private booking and additional fisherman from outside your personal group will not be added to fill the boat to capacity.

• A deposit is required to book your trip and can be taken with a Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express on our website or over the phone.

• Final payment is due before the start of your trip and will be collected at the dock.  Credit card, cash or checks are accepted but cash is preferred.  

• Deposits may be refunded if the trip is cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure.  

• If the Captain cancels the trip due to weather, mechanical problems, illness, etc… you will have the option to reschedule your trip or receive a full refund.   

• We are not responsible for refunding fishing licenses. We ask that you wait till the day prior to your trip to purchase a license, to confirm trip is being ran.

• Tips for the captain/first mate are greatly appreciated.  20% is considered the industry standard for a good experience.
