Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

• Your trip is a private booking and additional fisherman from outside your personal group will not be added to fill the boat to capacity.

• A deposit is required to book your trip and can be taken with a Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express on our website or over the phone.

• Final payment is due before the start of your trip.  

• Deposits may be refunded if the trip is cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure.  

• Remember, once we reserve a trip for you, all other calls we receive requesting your date and slot are declined and turned over to another charter service.

• A full refund or rebooking is given, at the customer's choice, if the Captain cancels the trip due to weather, mechanical problems, illness, etc…  

• We are not responsible for refunding fishing licenses. We ask that you wait till the day prior to your trip to purchase a license, to confirm trip is being ran.
