Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

Your trip is a private booking and additional fisherman from outside your personal group will not be added to fill the boat to capacity.

A deposit is required to book your trip and can be taken with a Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express on our website or over the phone.
- Final payment is due before the start of your trip.

Deposits may be refunded if the trip is cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure.

Remember, once we reserve a trip for you, all other calls we receive requesting your date and slot are declined and turned over to another charter service.

A full refund or rebooking is given, at the customer's choice, if the Captain cancels the trip due to weather, mechanical problems, illness, etc…

We are not responsible for refunding fishing licenses. We ask that you wait till the day prior to your trip to purchase a license, to confirm trip is being ran.
