• Trips taken against the advice of either Captain are not included in this guarantee.

• Our NO FISH NO CHARGE guarantee only applies to our trips that 6 hours or more.

• All Charters shorter than 6 hours do not qualify for the guarantee

• Short trip due to weather, waves, late arrival, seasickness, and intoxication are not included in this guarantee.
